Calling all teachers! If you're looking for ways for your students to learn about helping animals while learning lessons of compassion and responsibility, please consider having one of our staff members visit your class. Or, if you’d prefer, your class can take a field trip to our Robins-Starr Humane Center at 2519 Hermitage Road. To schedule a classroom visit or field trip, please call 804-521-1327 or send Melissa Jordan an e-mail.

Waggles' World Activities

Parents and teachers, please call 804-521-1327 to schedule or click here to send an email for more information. Please note, some of these programs are on hiatus during Summer, for Critter Camp, and will resume in early September.  We encourage your group to sponsor a pet food drive, a fund raising drive or some other project in conjunction with their visit.

  • Camp Programs We have summer and winter offerings which include options for children as young as 6 years up to rising 9th graders.
