Susan M. Markel Veterinary Hospital
New Clients

Thank you for your interest in the Susan M. Markel Veterinary Hospital. To have your pet seen as a patient at our low-cost hospital, we first need to gather some information about you and your pet. Before completing the form below, please review the criteria outlined at www.richmondspca.org/client-qualifications.

Please be advised that due to a high demand for our low-cost services, new client forms can take up to a week to review.

Completion of this form does not guarantee that the hospital will have the resources to take on your pet as a patient, especially if he or she is presently presenting symptoms of illness or injury, since we are not currently able to provide urgent care or emergency services. The first available appointments for new clients are typically scheduled two to three weeks following your initial request.
