Seniors for Seniors Art Show
All proceeds benefit the Seniors for Seniors Pet Adoption Program

Wednesday, November 28, 2018 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Please join us for an exhibition of art produced by amateur senior artists to benefit the Seniors for Seniors pet adoption program of the Richmond SPCA on Wednesday, November 28.

The Richmond SPCA’s Seniors for Seniors adoption program helps senior adopters experience the wonderful mood-boosting benefits of animal companionship including decreased stress hormones, lower blood pressure and reduced feelings of loneliness.

Senior adopters (age 60 and older) who adopt a senior dog or cat (age 5 and up) through the program receive personalized assistance from an adoption counselor, a welcome home kit for the new pet, a discounted adoption fee of $50 and access to low-cost vet care at the Richmond SPCA’s Susan M. Markel Veterinary Hospital.
