The Thirteenth Annual Richmond SPCA Fur Ball is Richmond's only black-tie event for people and their pets. The event is our largest fundraiser to support the Cinderella Fund, which pays for the cost of care and rehabilitation for sick, injured and neonatal homeless animals who come into our care each year.
The evening includes a cocktail reception and silent auction, a pet presentation down the Grand Staircase at The Jefferson Hotel, a seated dinner and a spirited live auction. The night also includes a raffle.
Last year, the Richmond SPCA cared for more than 2,000 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens in need of serious medial attention with Cinderella Fund resources, and delivered preventative medications and general medical care to more than 3,000 orphaned pets awaiting adoption at the center.
