A dog will never critique your form or laugh at your running apparel. Why not start a fitness routine or keep up your training and give our dogs a wonderful chance to stretch their legs! Runs and walks are scheduled for runners and walkers of all fitness levels. There is no charge to participate.

Important note: Pre-registration is required and we will not be able to assign dogs to volunteers who have not pre-registered. Also, no-shows disappoint doggies and we ask that Running Buddies^TM please be courteous to fellow volunteers and sign up only if they plan to attend.
